BOOKING & CANCELLATION TERMS

1. Booking Confirmation

Any reservation made through www.lesaintpierrehotel.com constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

A reservation becomes final and binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation email sent by the hotel.

2. Rates

All prices are quoted in Euros (€), including VAT, but excluding the tourist tax, which is charged per person, per night, according to the applicable local regulations.

Breakfast: €12 per person.

Dogs: €15 per room, per night.

Only small dogs are accepted and must be declared at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Any cancellation or modification must be notified no later than three (3) days before the arrival date, by 4:00 PM, either by telephone or by email to:

Cancellation received before this deadline: free of charge.
Cancellation received after this deadline: 100% of the stay will be charged.

The date and time of receipt of the notification shall prevail.

4. Optional Services & Additional Charges

Additional services booked together with the accommodation—including breakfast, restaurant meals, pet accommodation, and any other optional services—form an integral part of the reservation and are subject to the same cancellation policy as the accommodation.

After the cancellation deadline specified in Article 3, these services cannot be cancelled, refunded, or deducted from the final invoice, even if the guest chooses not to use them.

In return, the hotel undertakes to make the reserved services available to the guest during the published service hours.

5. No-Show

If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation within the applicable deadline, the full amount of the reservation will remain payable.

6. Early Departure

In the event of an early departure, the total amount of the reserved stay remains due.

No refund will be granted for unused nights or unused services.

7. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 4:00 PM

Check-out: Before 11:30 AM

Breakfast Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

8. Refunds

Any refund due will be made using the original method of payment within a maximum period of 14 days.

A credit note corresponding to the original invoice will also be issued.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specified period.
